Earn while you learn

All apprenticeships are paid and as an Apprentice, you would normally be expected to be working for at least 30 hours per week but in certain circumstances, Apprenticeships can be complete where part time hours are agreed (minimum 16 hours per week – Contact us for more information). All apprentices receive the appropriate National minimum wage or National Minimum Wage and what you receive will depend on your age and circumstances.

Gain qualifications

With every Release Potential apprenticeship comes a very high standard of training that rewards hard work. All Apprenticeships must be at least 12 months long and lead to a certified national qualification that is recognised and respected by employers around the world.

Progress in your career

Upon completion, over 90% of apprentices currently go into work or further training. 89% of apprentices are satisfied with their apprenticeship; 97% of apprentices said their ability to do the job had improved, and 92% of apprentices said their career prospects had improved. The majority (92%) of apprentices in work felt that their apprenticeship had had a positive impact on their career. By progressing to a higher apprenticeship, you could earn up to £150,000 more on average over your working lifetime.
