Congratulations to Beverly M from Helping Hands Community Care for winning Release Potential’s Learner of the Month award.

Beverly was nominated by her assessor Clare Richardson for the effort, hard work and determination that has been put in to her Advanced Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care. Beverly has shown a commitment to challenging herself by choosing to complete many optional units at level 4 rather than the level 3 minimum requirement. It is this attitude and approach to self development that has seen Beverly quickly develop in her role and is now a very valued member of the Helping Hands team.

Clare commented that “I have been very impressed with Beverly’s drive and determination to improve quality standards within her organisation. She has worked hard with the management and training team to share the knowledge and understanding gained within her apprenticeship which has enabled others to also develop in their roles which will improve the service delivery to their customers.”
